pulling a malkovich with total success

simos turned thirty on yacht, with a kick ass party, a magnolia-bakery-i-love-you-so cake, a big bunch of good friends who pulled a malkovich on him and a decent amount of booze. i am still 29, so i partied accordingly.

i spent much less time using my camera this summer and much more time cherishing the moments and taking mental pictures. 
after getting over the shock of no longer being on holidays, i opened my memory card only to deeply regret i didn't take more pictures to share with you.
this summer was all about: this beautiful island that blew my mind / crazy fiestas after midnight / beaches that became my playground and my place of rest / good friends and my heart almost bursting with love.

This is either my most unproductive phase photo-wise or i need to zoom out and re-think things.
A walk around the neighborhood on a very hot day makes things better. for a day at least.
If it weren't for fantasmenios, i wouldn't be listening to new songs.  

stupid things

Life's going at fast forward the past few months. and this blog's been neglected.

in between humidity, temperatures I haven yet to experience, drawings, and hours spent looking at Autocad… between swimming and paddle surfing, running on the treadmill in the comfort of my building's a/c…. between good news and bad news, good days and bad days, lazy days and days to come… I remind myself of this blog and feel guilty for neglecting it.

Let's all play this song in our cars, pull down our windows, let the wind make a mess of our hair and - snap - get back to reality.

being sick sucks. it sucks when you're at home. it sucks when you're abroad.

oh, and here is why i will quit wearing make up. a ha.
