oh the detail

last night i was invited to attend celia kritharioti's official press day. 
which means it was a catwalk with regular models and astonishing clothes.
i really admired the designer's attention to detail. which is what a truly fabulous outfit is really all about.
i change pretty fast, don't i? from blurry to detail. moderation in all things. all things my friends.

what's new is that i have been listening to maria callas non stop the past few days.
i am transforming from a post rock lover to an opera admirer.
wouldn't you? 

blurry is nice

these blurry images have been in my hard drive for ever. 
they are from a beautiful place in northern greece. 
and nature is beautiful that's why i am not stressing over this, which kept me busy for about three years.

so back to the blurry images. blurry is sometimes good.
because it means you have no control over anything. 
losing control is also good. it can be relaxing. because in the end you don't have to solve everything and you don't have to have control over everything.

life will sort its way out.
somehow.

spent the weekend in beautiful thessaloniki. i hate it that i never have the time to really explore this city.
rooms to let strike back, and it seems that the only thing i take pictures of are bathrooms.

i have to say i was really surprised to hear this album on the airplane, just before takeoff. way to go airline company!

other than that i feel super blessed. because of good company and friends and changes and trust and faith.

i am thankful for humble people. and for friendly people. and for people that are doing a great job and don't make a big deal out of it. i am thankful for meeting them. last night i got to say hi to one of the people whose work i admire. petros.

i am also spending my last day as a 27 year old thinking about what i've done this past year of my life. it has been pretty swell, i tell you, but then you get all those mixed thoughts about getting older and what are you doing to do now that you are almost 30 blah blah blah. a pain in the ass. i know.

but. i love this picture. because it shows something nice. you tie your shoelaces. get up on your feet. and keep on going. and going.
